Backstroke of the West
Some enterprising soul bought a DVD of Revenge of the Sith which had been translated into Chinese and then subtitled in English. If you can call this English.
My favorite is "Nooooooooo!" which translates as "Do Not Want!"

I always found that "nooooooooooo!" stupid anyway. This just might be an improvement.
My favorite is that Jedi Council translates as Prebyterian Church.
That is also pretty fabulous.
This all reminds me of a brief parlor game: type something into Babelfish and translate it into a language, then retranslate the result into English. Repeat until thoroughly incomprehensible (usually didn't take many repetitions.)
I've always enjoyed the story years ago when the ad phrase "Come alive - you're in the Pespi Generation" was translated to and then from Chinese, and ended up "Pepsi brings your relatives back from the dead."
OK, Mad, you knew I'd post sooner or later.....
